Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks from Lisbon, Portugal. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable artwork(s).
We offer worldwide delivery up to 1-2 weeks if your address is in Portugal or some European locations. It will take a maximum of 30 days for the rest of the world, however, we will strive to be as brief as possible.
Amorpho shipping includes standard delivery, insurance and will be accordingly safely packed.
Portugal and EU residents are subject to VAT.
For international orders, additional fees may be added by the providing companies.

If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after 14 days we cannot proceed with a full refund or exchange.
Returns are processed within two weeks and refunds may take up to 2 additional working days to be made available in your account.
If you have paid via PayPal or MB Way, we will refund you according to the policies and methods adopted by the providers. If you have any queries regarding the refund process, please reach us at email@example.com.
All damages must be reported by email at within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of proven damage and according to availability, you can choose to either return or exchange the goods, however, please allow us to proceed with the return. If you choose to return the goods yourself, the debited sum from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received at our headquarters.
All returns accepted by Amorpho should be made by post to our headquarters, following our instructions in order to preserve the goods.
If we realize goods are sent back to us with damage, losses, or in unsalable conditions not caused by us, you may not be entitled to a refund.
